"Okay." Draco was staring at Cat, eyebrows raised. "Yes, thank you Professor."
"Mm." McGonagall glared around the room one last time and then left, swinging the door shut behind her.
"What are you staring at?" Cat smiled.
"You. Duh."
"Why?"
Draco walked over to her and put his hands around her waist. "Have I ever told you that you are beautiful?"

Severus walked down the stairs slowly, buttoning his shirt up as he loped over to the door, passing his mother without so much as a backward glance.
"Hey, Severus." Lily smiled at him. "Coming out?"
"Sure." He looked at his mother who shrugged, before stepping out with Lily and closing the door behind him.
"Things okay at home?"
"Mm. As okay as they ever are, I suppose."

"Drinking, fighting, smoking. Yes."
